Ms. Petersen has over ten years of workers’ compensation experience. Prior to joining ORB, she represented employers and insurers while working at defense firms in Altoona and Pittsburgh. Ms. Petersen began her legal career as a judicial law clerk for the Pennsylvania Bureau of Workers’ Compensation and for the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board. She received her undergraduate degree from Penn State University in 1989 and her law degree in 1993 from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California. Ms. Petersen is admitted to state and federal courts in Pennsylvania, California, New Jersey and the District of Columbia.
